About Adrienne

Experienced Leadership for Clark County

Rooted in Experience, Driven by Community, Focused on our Future.

Hi, I’m Adrienne Mason—a nonprofit leader, school board president, and someone who believes deeply in the power of community to shape a more just and joyful future. I’ve spent over a decade working in social services and community development, helping people navigate systems that weren’t built with them in mind. That work has fueled my passion for equity, transparency, and systems change—from the ground up. I lead with compassion, I ask hard questions, and I believe that when we bring people together around shared values, real progress is possible.

I grew up knowing what it means to make a way out of no way, and I carry that lived experience into every room I’m in. Whether I’m collaborating with youth, fundraising for schools, or advocating for policy change, I show up ready to listen and ready to act. My work—and my heart—is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. If you're here, you're part of that vision too. I’m so glad you found your way to this space.

I believe in people-first leadership — leadership that listens, includes, and works for real solutions. The Charter Review Commission is our chance to shape how government serves us all — with fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Clark County deserves a charter that works for everyone. I’d be honored to earn your support and your vote.
